These are rules that are open during July for public comment.
The Department of Human Services (DHS) follows the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule. Comments may be submitted to ORP@dhs.arkansas.gov. The public comment period for each proposed rule appears below.
If DHS receives comments on a proposed rule, a Public Comment Summary with all comments and responses will be published on the proposed rule’s individual page after the comment period ends.
